My journey of exploration and learning began as a child and heightened through secondary school, where my interest in nutrition blossomed during Home Economics classes. Discovering the significance of vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, and protein fueled my passion for understanding how food influences our health.
Although my dream of studying Home Economics teaching in college was deferred, I pursued Nutritional Therapy, a path that allowed me to delve deeper into the intricate relationship between food and well-being.
